By using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions without limitation or qualification. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our website. We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions or any portion of them at any time without notice by updating this posting.

You are bound by any revisions and should periodically visit this page to review the current Terms and Conditions that apply to your use of our website. If you violate any of these Terms, your permission to use the materials (as defined below) automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any copies you have made of the materials.

Intellectual Property

Until the point in which ICM Studios hands over all the Designs, Artwork, Video Footage, Animation, Visual Effects, or Coding to the client; All the work carried out by ICM Studios is still the property of ICM Studios.

ICM Studios holds the right to retain the work until payment has been made.

ICM Studios will provide you with a confirmation of order, before work on the project starts. This confirmation of order should contain information regarding the project as well as a copy of ICM Studios terms and conditions.


In its absolute discretion, the Company may, at any time, permit cancellation of a booking or order and reserves the right to cancel any booking or order in the event of any breach of any of these Conditions by the Client provided that in the event of any such cancellation, as liquidated damages, the Client agrees to pay a percentage of the value of the cancelled booking or order according to the length of time between cancellation and the date estimated for performance.

Length of time % Payable:

Less than 5 days from commencement of work 50%

Less than 10 but more than 5 days from commencement of work 25%


Any jobs that are quoted as a 'fixed price' will require a deposit of 30% before any work can be carried out.


ICM Studios sends out invoices monthly on/or around the 1st of every month for the previous months work.

e.g. All hours that fall into January 2015 would then be invoiced on the 1st February 2015.

For new customers ICM Studios requires payments to be made in full within 7 days from the date written on the invoice.

Other payment terms can be discussed once ICM Studios has worked with the client for a period of time.

Staggered Payments

ICM Studios does offer the option of staggered payments. This option would be discussed before any work has been carried out and the details of the staggered payments will be included on the confirmation of order.

Late Payments

All payments are expected to be paid within the agreed period. In some cases ICM Studios will allow 45 days for payments to reach the accounts. These cases will have this written into their quote/confirmation of order.

If a client has payment terms of 30 days and fails to make payment within this time, ICM Studios retains the right to reduce the next payment period to 14 days.

If ICM Studios still has not received payment after 60 days, ICM Studios will add 2% interest to the outstanding balance every month until the payment has been made.

ICM Studios will consider taking legal action when required.


Any alterations requested that falls out of the original submitted quote will be charged out at an hourly rate described in the original quote.


ICM Studios shall accept no responsibily for any incorrect information, drawings, designs, footage, or briefs supplied by the client.

ICM Studios holds the right to cancel the work if ICM Studios find the client is considering breaking the law.
