FAQ's
- Why are you doing this?I feel this approach would really benenfit both parties, the subscriber and myself.
- Is this remote or on site?Sorry, I can only offer this service remotely.
- Can I cancel?Yes, you can cancel anytime, just let me know and I will cancel anything my end.
- How do I pay?One of two ways, I invoice at the beginning of the month every month or via a Paypal subscription model.
- When will the work begin?Once I have recieved payment.
- Why is there only 15 slots available in total?This is so I do not end up spreading my time thinly. I can fully concentrate on each subscriber for the alloted time and deliver the best service I can within the timings.
- How will you manage your time?I keep timesheets and note down any time that is spent on projects.
- How much notice do I need to give you to book my alloted time during the month?The main reason for this service is so I can be completely flexible and help when needed. I would request 24 hours notice during the week and 48 hours notice at the weekend so that I can adjust my schedule and move things around.
- How quickly will you respond to my booking email?During the week I normally respond within a couple of hours, if you need a quicker response, please do call me on 01892 710 265.
- I didn't use my allocated time this month, what happens?Not a problem, your time gets rolled onto the next month, and you can do this up to a maximum of 15 days if you are on the Bronze, Silver or Gold package. If you are on the Platinum package you can accumlate up to 20 days.
- Do you work weekends?In general no, but, depending on the nature of the project I am flexible, but as a rule of thumb I would rather get the workload finished within the week.
- Is this deal limited to VFX?No, I do After Effects work, motion Graphics, 3d explianers etc.
